Abbreviation of "Helionischer Seebund" (Helion Sea Union). Among the founders of the HSB in the early years of the 5th century were the Purple Brotherhood (under their Archon Chaireddin de Valmore, also called "Chaireddin the Golden") and the Brotherhood of Peoples (led by the charismatic and enigmatic Ursus Goldmaske of Aerinn). At the height of it's power the HSB reached from the Mouth of the Green Sea in the Machairas of Karcanon to the river Bugand nearly in the center of the continent, including the realms of Rhespukoe, Antam, Am'y Syrren, Antalien, Buganda, Aerinn, Tuval, Thumgal, the entire peninsula Tharlan and all of the islands in the Green Sea. The HSB was named after the metropolis Helion located on the largest of those islands, Rillanon. The Year of Fire 407 n.P. also brought about the downfall of the HSB. Rillanon was lost, and the realms of Buganda, Antham, Aerinn and Thumgal declared their independence.

Abkürzung für "Helionischer Seebund". Unter den Gründern des HSB in den frühen Jahren des 5. Jahrhunderts waren die Purpurne Bruderschaft (unter ihrem Archon Chaireddin de Valmore, auch "Chaireddin der Goldene" genannt) und die Bruderschaft der Völker (angeführt von dem charismatischen und rätselhaften Ursus Goldmaske von Aerinn). Im Zenit seiner Macht reichte der HSB vom Mund des Grünen Meeres im Machairas von Karcanon bis zum Fluss Bugand, nahezu im Zentrum des Kontinents, und umfasste die Länder Rhespukoe, Antam, Am'y Syrren, Antalien, Buganda, Aerinn, Tuval, Thumgal, die gesamte Halbinsel Tharlan sowie sämtliche Inseln des Grünen Meeres. Der HSB war benannt nach der Metropole Helion, die auf der größten dieser Inseln, Rillanon, gelegen ist. Das Jahr des Feuers 407 n.P. leitete den Untergang des HSB ein. Rillanon ging verloren, und Buganda, Antham, Aerinn und Thumgal erklärten ihre Unabhängigkeit.
