The exact translation of this term into the Common Tongue is "Children of Borgon". They populate the realm of Borgon-Dyl ("Land of Borgon") on the continent of Karcanon, particularly the core province Torgan-Dyl. According to their lore, thousands of years ago an old man lived in the wilderness (in the region where nowadays the Forest of Borgomyl is spread out) together with his children. The three sons jealously guarded their sister Xarne, and when Borgon came to her, Kar, the eldest of the brothers, confronted Him. But what chance had a mere mortal against the God of War? None, naturally. So Borgon took Xarne at His leisure, but He rewarded her with a gift: He decreed that henceforth, her daughters should rule His children. First among His children with Xarne was Kytania, who also became the first ruler of the Borgon-Dun. In appearance, the Borgon-Dun are quite distinctive. They have skin dark as midnight, but their hair is often fair of color. The most striking feature, however, are their eyes of purple-violet, which distinguish the pure-blood Borgon-Dun. Another name for this people, often used by their neighbors in the Machairas, and used by the Borgon-Dun themselves only in adjective function, is Bordjene.

Die genaue Übersetzung dieses Begriffes in die ALL lautet "Kinder Borgons". Sie bevölkern das Reich Borgon-Dyl ("Land Borgons") auf dem Kontinent Karcanon, hauptsächlich die Kernprovinz Torgan-Dyl. Ihrer Überlieferung zufolge lebte vor Tausenden von Jahren ein alter Mann mit seinen Kindern in der Wildnis etwa dort, wo sich heutzutage der Borgomyl-Wald ausbreitet. Die drei Söhne wachten eifersüchtig über ihre Schwester Xarne, und als Borgon zu ihr kam, stellte sich Kar, der älteste der Brüder, Ihm entgegen. Doch welche Chance hat ein einfacher Sterblicher gegen den Gott des Krieges? Keine. Also nahm Borgon Xarne ganz nach Seinem Belieben, jedoch nicht ohne sie dafür zu belohnen: nach Seinem Willen sollten fürderhin ihre Töchter Seine Kinder regieren. Erste unter Seinen Kindern mit Xarne war Kytania, die auch zur ersten Herrscherin über die Borgon-Dun wurde. In ihrem Aussehen sind die Borgon-Dun durchaus auffällig. Ihre Haut ist nachtschwarz, wobei ihr Haar meist hellere Farbe aufweist. Ihr auffälligstes Merkmal sind jedoch die purpur-violetten Augen, die einen reinblütigen Borgon-Dun auszeichnen. Ein anderer Name für dieses Volk, der oft von ihren machairischen Nachbarn benutzt wird, von den Borgon-Dun selbst jedoch nur zur Bildung von Adjektiven, ist Bordjenen (adj.: bordjenisch).
